Damn it, another twist in a tragic case. Nick Reiner is now facing allegations that he was lying in wait before killing his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner. This new indictment makes him eligible for the death penalty, although its implementation is currently paused in the state. Prosecutors have yet to announce whether they will pursue that option.
